Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Stickers, Bookmarks & Resin Products: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped. Tracking details may or may not be included based on the selected shipping method during checkout. 

Printful Products (Phone Cases, Laptop Cases and Mouse Pads): These items are made to order and fulfilled by our partner, Printful. Processing times typically range from 2-7 business days before shipping. 

Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping (USA): You should receive your order within 3-9 business days depending on your location. 

International Shipping: We offer international shipping on all products. However, we are not able to ship some of our made to order products to certain countries based on restrictions. Please review the product description on the product you would like to order before checkout. Otherwise, some or all of your order may be cancelled. International shipping times may vary by destination. Generally, you should receive your order between 5-21 business days. 

Shipping Rates

All stickers and bookmarks currently have a flat rate shipping of $5.99. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout for all other products based on weight and destination.

Customs & Duties (International Orders):

Curated Chroma Designs is not responsible for any customs fee or duties incurred during shipment. These are the responsibility of the customer.  


Return & Exchange Policy

All Sticker sales are final and are ineligible for returns or exchanges

All other products are eligible for returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Tech accessories (Phone cases & laptop sleeves) are only eligible for returns & refunds. All Items must be in their original condition and packaging. For refunds, once we have received the return item(s) back, we will initiate the refund (excluding any applicable shipping fees) to your original payment method. Processing time varies based on your financial institution but are generally processed and received within 3-7 business days. 

Please contact us at support@curatedchromadesigns.com if you would like to return or exchange products in your order. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged Items and Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or there was an error on our part with receiving the wrong item, please contact our support email within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the wrong or damaged item. We will then gladly replace or refund the item.  

Cancellations

Please contact us within 2 hours of purchase to cancel your order. After that, we may have already begun processing/shipping your order and cannot be cancelled. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

For tracked shipments, if your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local post office first. USPS sometimes marks packages as "delivered" before your package is dropped off. If after 3 days you have not received your order, please contact us and we will work with you and our fulfillment partner to either get your items replaced or a refund.
